Nominations are underway! If you spot something amiss in your fandom - a typo, a duplicate, or another mistake - please let me know here.

I also have several questions about existing nominations:

Encanto (2021)

Bruno Madrigal & Everyone

An unspecified group can't be nominated because it's not enforceable. You can nominate Any [group name] Members, or a specific list of characters.

If the nominator could let me know their preference and what group or characters they had in mind, I'll approve this nomination in that format. Otherwise, I will reject it.

Original Work

Eldritch Goddess/Churchgirl Sneaking Out At Night To Visit Church

Resurrected Corpsegirl Crown Princess/Living Girl She Forces To Become Her Wife

I'm not familiar with "churchgirl" or "corpsegirl" as terms. Do these have specific meanings?

If I don't receive clarification, I'll approve these with the wording:

Eldritch Goddess/Religious Girl Sneaking Out At Night To Visit Church

Female Resurrected Corpse Crown Princess/Living Girl She Forces to Marry Her

Venom (Marvel Movies)

Eddie Brock/Venom Symbiote

MCU movies should be nominated under the fandom MCU. If the nominator would like to make a case for Venom as a separate fandom, they can do so here. Otherwise, I'll approve this relationship under MCU.

By "churchgirl", it just means a female member of the church or one who grew up in a church. Religious girl is definitely what I was going for here, that's just how I prefer to phrase it as a tag.

As for "corpsegirl", again, that's just how I prefer to phrase it. No special meaning, just a (living) corpse that's female.

I hope this clears things up!

Not the nominator, but the Venom movies are explicitly not MCU. They don't contain any MCU characters or references, and the post-credit scenes from Venom 2 and the newest Spider-Man make it clear that they do not take place in the same universe.

(longer explanation, although I swear I'm trying to make this as short as possible. Spoilers for Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Spider-Man: No Way Home. In Spider-Man: NWH, Peter summons everyone from every universe who knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man to his universe, leading to a team-up with Toby Maguire!Peter and Andrew Garfield!Peter. The post-credit scenes for Venom: LTBC and Spider-Man: NWH show Eddie and Venom getting pulled out of their universe into the MCU universe, and being sent back to their own universe due to Peter's actions in NWH. This indicates that the Venom movies do NOT take place in the MCU, other than about a minute of crossover screentime entirely in post-credit scenes.)

Hi! There's a duplicate in Persona 5
Kurusu Akira/Maruki Takuto (Persona 5)
Maruki Takuto/Persona 5 Protagonist (Persona 5)

Kurusu Akira and P5 Protag are the same person. In game canon, he has no canonical name. He's given the name Kurusu Akira in the manga adaptation.
